Super Easy One Pot Lasagna Recipes Easy

Uses a super easy pot of simple lasagna ingredients and can be made in one bowl! With minced meat, tomato sauce and fresh mozzarella cheese.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • a good sprinkling of salt and pepper
  • 6–8 slices bacon, cut into small pieces
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 4 ounces DeLallo whole wheat no-boil lasagna noodles
  • 6–8 ounces fresh mozzarella
  • fresh basil and Parmesan cheese for topping
  • 3 shallots, minced
  • 3 carrots, minced
  • 1 25 ounce jar DeLallo Pomodoro Fresco Tomato Basil sauce
  • 1/2 cup dry red wine (optional – can replace with broth or water)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 350 ° F. Bake the bacon in a large, oven-resistant pan until it becomes crispy. Add leeks and carrots; bake for 5 minutes or until smooth and fragrant. Add minced meat with salt, pepper and brown until it turns pink. Drain all excess fat.
  2. Add the tomato sauce and wine to the meat in the pan. Leave on low heat for 10 minutes on medium heat. The stir in cream cheese melted until.
  3. Divide each of the lasagna lattice into 3 or 4 pieces. Move them over the meat mixture so that they are completely covered with the sauce, then arrange them so that they are all flat in the pan.
  4. Place a few slices of fresh mozzarella down the pasta and place the remaining slices of fresh mozzarella on top. Bake for 25 minutes. If you want to heat the cheese, set the heat to 425 for another 10 minutes.
  5. Let it rest for 5-10 minutes and cover it with fresh basil and parmesan cheese.
