Shortbread Cookies Recipes

These cookies are crunchy and delicious crunchy cake in the classic way and are especially great for Christmas and holiday breads! Easy to make dough using five simple ingredients.
Ingredients
- 1 cup confectioner's sugar (4 ounces by weight)
- 1 cup salted butter at room temperature (8 ounces)*
- 1 tbsp milk**
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all purpose flour (10 ounces by weight)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 ° F
- Place the butter, sugar, pastry and vanilla in a large bowl and fail with an electric mixer until mixed with light and paper.
- Add the flour and mix until it becomes crumpled and it seems that it is no longer possible to mix it.
- Add milk and keep mixing. The dough must be assembled after about 15 seconds.
- Place the dough in a pipe bag with a very large star tip and a tube on a silicon-coated bread tray with more than 12 cookies per sheet.
- Bake cookies for 15 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
